Julian
Owner & Director
Julian started 100% P&G 2 years ago, after being in the plumbing industry locally for over 10 years.
He is a perfectionist with his work and loves sharing his knowledge.
Outside of work Julian loves getting outdoors riding his MTB or in the bush.
Shannon
Owner & Admin
Shannon looks after lots of the behind the scenes action at 100% P&G, whilst also working full time at Waikato Uni in the Sport Science labs.
Outside of the business, Shannon enjoys being outdoors riding her MTB, getting out waterskiing or taking the two doggios to the dog park.
Caelum
Plumbing & Gasfitting Tradesman
Caelum has been a valuable addition to the team, being with us for a year now. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys seeing a project through to completion.
In his spare time, you’ll find Caelum in the gym putting hours of training into his boxing.
Jayden
Plumbing & Gasfitting Apprentice
Jayden is in his second year of his apprenticeship, continually taking on more independent work that he is proud of.
Jayden spends all is spare time in the bush hunting or out fishing. He is also pretty talented on the squash court.

Making News
Jayden was awarded Top First Year Apprentice and Overall Apprentice at the recent Volcanic Plateau Master Plumbers Awards for 2021 year.
We are really proud of the work Jayden is doing under Julian and Caelum’s mentorship.
